Girl Effect is proud to co-release the TEGA (Technology Enabled Girl Ambassador) Lean Research model report with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The report looks at how our TEGA programme effectively demonstrates a human centred field research model, and is the first case study on Lean Research practice to be published by MIT’s D-Lab. MIT states:

“We are excited to see the TEGA programme align its research practices with the Lean Research principles of rigour, relevance, respect and right-sizing. TEGA reports sharing back results with the people involved in their studies quickly and engagingly, and adapting their programme based on feedback from research participants and the TEGAs; these are both good examples of Lean Research. The Girl Effect is to be commended for evolving its research practice into one that aims to be lean, responsible, and responsive to the needs of those it seeks to serve.”
