Girl Effect CEO Farah Ramzan Golant attended London Business School on 28 November where she spoke to 60 Women in Business Club members on the theme Metamorphosis: Transition and Transformation.
Organised to promote and support LBS alumni, Farah inspired those in the room, explaining how Girl Effect brings together an unusual blend of development expertise and cutting-edge media, mobile technology and data competencies to transform the lives of vulnerable girls and whole communities.
In line with the metamorphosis theme of the event, Farah also talked about her transition from the private sector into the not-for-profit world, explaining that more creative approaches should be adopted by the development sector, highlighting the power of brands for social change.
